Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
- Un-Damaged merchandise may be returned up to 10 days from date of purchase.
- Damaged, worn or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
- Customer must pay shipping cost for merchandise being returned.
- A 10% re-stocking fee will be withheld from the total purchase price of the returned merchandise
- Once merchandise has been inspected and found in good condition, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
- Merchandise is checked for quality and defects before shipping and are packaged very securely.

- You have 5 days from reciept of the merchandice to notify Aerosmack of the defect and an exchange can be arranged at that time.
- Customer must pay shipping cost for merchandise being returned due to defect.
- Once merchandise has been inspected and found to have a manufacturing defect, a refund of shipping charges will be issued within 30 days.
