Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • Un-Damaged merchandise may be returned up to 10 days from date of purchase.
  • Damaged, worn or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
  • Customer must pay shipping cost for merchandise being returned.
  • A 10% re-stocking fee will be withheld from the total purchase price of the returned merchandise
  • Once merchandise has been inspected and found in good condition, a refund will be issued within 30 days.

 

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

 

  • Merchandise is checked for quality and defects before shipping and are packaged very securely.
  • If you have found that a manufacturing defect exists, you must notify Aerosmack immediately at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
  • You have 5 days from reciept of the merchandice to notify Aerosmack of the defect and an exchange can be arranged at that time.
  • Customer must pay shipping cost for merchandise being returned due to defect.
  • Once merchandise has been inspected and found to have a manufacturing defect, a refund of shipping charges will be issued within 30 days.
